August is upon us! Does this mean you’ll play a Roman-themed game in honor of Caesar Augustus? Or maybe you will bust out a game about the summer, like Honey Buzz. Either way, come on out for great games this week, upstairs at Nellie’s Gastropub in Palatine. We’re playing games upstairs from 6pm-11pm. Join us, won’t you?
GenCon Haul
We got a bunch of new games at Gencon last weekend. Come check out the new additions to the library. We’ll be looking for folks to lead demos of these games in the coming months, so think about which game you’d like to help everyone learn!
On the Table
Regularly at toggle, we play White Castle, Qwirkle, Catan, Las Vegas, Great Western Trail, Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, Lords of Waterdeep, and more!
Things to Expect at Toggle Gaming:
- A Huge library – try games from our library of 400+ titles or bring your own!
- Great Drinks and Food – Our host pub, Nellie’s, has a great selection of beers and other drinks, as well as a menu of tasty food, whether you’re looking for a snack or a meal. (Please do not bring outside food or drink.)
- A Welcoming Environment – We at [toggle Gaming] welcome anyone and everyone to our game table. Whether you’re new to the hobby or a die-hard grognard, we’d love for you to join us!
- Designers ahoy – We have quite a few designers who come to Tabletop Tuesday with prototypes to try. Maybe you’ll play the next CANVAS in prototype form!
