Here at [toggle Gaming], we sponsor a variety of different events. Read below to learn more about both our regular events and our special events.

REGULAR EVENTS

  • [toggle] Wednesday Game Night – our flagship event, scheduled most every Wednesday at Lutheran Church of the Cross, (2025 S. Goebbert St, Arlington Heights, IL), from 6pm to 11pm (details).

2026 Winter Game Day, January 17th, 11am – 6pm; LCC – 2025 S Goebbert St, Arlington Heights

We hold a variety of special events throughout the year, some during our weekly Wednesday Game Night, others on their own. Among the events we hold sometimes have been:

  • Toggletop Day – Every Summer, we hold an all-day event to celebrate our anniversary.
  • Used Game Sale – We sometimes hold used game sales so members can sell games to other members.
  • Winter Game Day – Most years, we hold an all-day event in January to warm up.
  • Holiday Extravaganzas – We usually hold special events on Wednesday Game Nights before Halloween and before the December holidays.

  • Silent Auction: 5 August 2025: Come sell your games! And buy some games!
  • Draft Night: 14 May 2024: Come play some drafting games and have some draft beers. Hang some flyers and earn yourself a beer on [toggle]! (details coming soon)
  • Used Game Sale: 30 April 2024: Bring some gently-used games and sell them for a profit! Or bring some cash and take home some new treasures. (details coming soon)
  • Bring a Friend Day: 16 April 2024: Bring a pal who hasn’t been to toggle before! Or someone who has been away for a while. Large group games galore. (flyer)
  • Winter Warm Up game day – 18 January 2020: Our semi-annual game day has returned! Join us for Artemis Bridge Simulator, a 7 Wonders tournament, a tag sale, and more! (details)
  • All [toggle]’s Eve – 29 October 2019: Our celebration of the spookiest holiday! Come join us for a costume contest, Halloween pinata, and Zombie Dice tournament. It’s a GHASTLY good time. (details)
  • [toggleTop] Day IV – 20 July 2019: An all-day gaming event from 11am to 9pm at Durty Nellie’s. Come out for open gaming, Artemis Bridge Simulator, our Summer Tag Sale, a tournament of Cartographers, and more! (details)
  • [toggle] Spring Tag Sale – 21 May 2019: Find new homes for your old treasures, and help support [tG] at the same time (details).
  • The Triumphant Return to Durty Nellies’s – 16 April 2019: A piñata, drawings, and food celebrate our first night back at Nellie’s (details).
