Silent Auction

Occasionally we hold a used-game sale held in conjunction with [toggle] events, ideally a couple times each year. [toggle] members will bring games they want to sell, then on the sale day people will gather and, hopefully, buy the games. This year, we’re doing a silent auction.

NEXT SALE (17 January 2026) TIMELINE:

  • PRE SALE – January 14th at Wednesday Game Night
  • SILENT AUCTION – Winter Game Day ’26, 11am – 6pm, January 17th @ LCC
    Sale starts at 12pm and ends at 5pm.
  • POST-SALE – 21st and 28th January, 2026, at Wednesday Game Night

HOW IT WORKS:

PRE-SALE – In order to facilitate the sale, you can pick up sale forms at toggle the before, or download them from this site. (See below.) You can also drop off games to sell at the sale on Wednesday the 14th.

SILENT AUCTION – The silent auction will run during Winter Game Day ’26.

  • Bidders register their name and phone number at the table, and get their bidder code name
  • The Auction starts at noon and ends at 5.
  • Each item (or lot of items) on auction will have a starting bid, a “buy it now” price, and a bid sheet
  • A portion of the sales will go toward toggle for maintenance and promotion. (10% of the sale price, rounded up to the nearest dollar, capped at $5 per auction.)

POST-SALE – For a limited time after the sale, sellers may pick up left over games and their proceeds. Any games or funds left afterward become the property of [toggle], as indicated in that sale’s waiver.
